About This Blog

Welcome to In Flight Movie.net.  A long time ago their was a group of traveler's roaming up and the down the eastern seaboard and finding a good place the use the bathroom was only one of many difficult tasks for survival. It was during this time that such hysterics would lead to a concept of describing that visit to an unknown bathroom as an analogy for a movie title and the facilities would be known as runway conditions. One traveler was always brave enough to test out the unknown and would report back to the group as to the level of usage and, to the unfortunate discomfort of others, his movement.

Such reports would lead to comments such as:

"The runway was clear today." (indicating the facilities were empty, hence, solo patronage)

"The runway was backed up. Was on the tarmac for some time." (indicating the facilities to be full and wait time was needed.)

"Runway was clear. In Flight Movie was Dark Water." (indicating clear facilities and movement was of dark nature, leaving the water a darkish hue in nature)

"In Flight Movie was a double feature: The Quick and the Dead followed by Children of the Corn." (indicating first movement to be rapid followed by second movement of cornish magnitude)

"In Flight Movie was There Will Be Blood." (indicating we hope you get the picture by now)

So as you see we have created this web site in order to bring you--the demented reader--a chance to read and contribute to our all time best of lists. There are hundreds of thousands of movie titles out there and you will be surprised to learn that 90% can be used to describe a movement. Just try it. Go to netflix or imdb and you will find that most titles will make you laugh, others will make you cry, and some will make you want to throw up in your own mouth.
